FSH:- (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) FSH is a hormone secreted by pituitary gland for stimulating follicle development during first half of menstrual cycle.

LH:- (Luteinizing hormone)It is essential for follicular development and a surge in this hormone triggers ovulation 14 days before the end of menstrual cycle.

E2:- (Estradiol) female hormone produced by ovary.

Progesterone :- Hormone produced predominantly in second half of menstrual cycle to facilitate the developed of uterine lining so the embryo can implant.

(Hysterosalpingogram) A diagram image of pelvic organs through a radiopaque dye injecting into uterus and fallopian tubes. A common procedure conducted in initial assessment of tubal patency.
A minimal invasive surgical procedure that allows examination of pelvic organs through a fiber optic telescope ( laparoscope).
Complete absence of sperm in semen is called Azoospermia. It is caused by tract blockage or lack of sperm production
